Welcome to GSP Grow
Grace St. Paul’s Children, Youth, and Family Ministry
Mission
At GSP Grow, we plant seeds of faith rooted in love, where every child is welcomed, known, and free to grow. In a Christ-centered community, we nurture Children, Youth, and Families as they explore faith, deepen compassion and connection, and live out care for Earth, Migrant, and Social Justice through love and action.
This program offers groups every Sunday, along with a variety of monthly activities and events for Children, Youth, and the whole Family.

Through discussion, games, activities, and reflection, youth are encouraged to grow in confidence and compassion, gain tools to navigate life, deepen their connection with one another and with God, and simply enjoy being together in community.

Volunteer with GSP Grow
As the saying goes, children are the future of our world, and GSP Grow volunteers are in a unique position to help equip children with the tools they need to become compassionate and confident leaders. Our goal as volunteers is to create a loving and judgment-free environment where every child is welcomed, valued, and seen for who they are.
GSP Grow is a space where volunteers are growing, too. We do not require you to be at a certain stage in your faith; in fact, we welcome people from all faith journeys. Just as every child is unique, each volunteer brings their own gifts and perspective to this ministry.
If you feel called to serve, there is a place for you here. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to explore joining the GSP Grow team, please contact the Director of GSP Grow, Amelia Tay, or stop by her office located in the church office.
Meet the Director
Amelia Tay
Amelia is a Tucson native who has a deep love for the land and community that shaped her. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work from Arizona State, where she also serves as a research assistant. In that role, she studies parent-infant attachment and contributes to research that strengthens individual and family well-being.
Her professional experience includes working as a clinician in a dual diagnosis treatment center for adolescents, supporting young people navigating both mental health and substance use challenges. She also served as a child and adolescent group facilitator at Tu Nidito, where she led grief support groups for youth and families.
“These experiences,” Amelia notes, “have deepened my passion for working with children and adolescents and for creating spaces of safety, nurturing, and support for a population that is deeply important to me. The foundation of my life is my faith in Jesus Christ, which guides both my personal and professional calling. I am deeply honored to serve Him and to be a part of a church community that is a light in the Tucson desert.”
